Can the light be setup to only activate at night with motion, versus on from dusk/dawn.
Yes. In Bulb Settings, set your preferred brightness level, turn off Ambient Light, and under “Activates When Detecting” toggle motion On, set your preferred Smart Detections if you have Cam Plus, set Off Timer (On duration), set your preferred schedule (define your night). “Night” is variable so I set mine relative to sunset-sunrise at my location:
