Used the buds and LOVED them for audo, but when making a call, the other person could barely hear me. Said the sound was quite muffled. Is there any kind of cover or plastic on them that I may have overlooked? I really want to love these!
Someone just told me the same thing the other day. Have only tried them a few times on a call. I don’t think it’s anything covering them. Not a good sign.
I use these on calls all the time and have had no complaints. I often talk to my wife while she uses hers and they sound excellent. Very good microphone IMO.
Could you possibly have some lint in one of the holes? #LintHoles
It may sound dumb but blow in it maybe?

Hate to say it, but I’m glad it isn’t just me…
I’m having the same issue right out of the box. The only thing that has helped at all is to turn on transparency mode. Then of course I hear more around me than the person on the other end of the call.
