Known issue with Wyze Bud Pro model. I’ve had at least one pair warrantied due to it, and the pair I have now have the same issue. If there’s been any sort of communication about what the root cause is, I’ve missed it. Hope you’re still under warranty.
I was all-in on Wyze for years, but their lack of support and attention to their core supporters and products has me just waiting until the last device dies. Good luck
I know this is an old thread, but I just fixed 3 pairs of Wyze Bud Pros doing the following. I took off the little rubber caps and cleaned the screen with a q-tip and 70% Isopropyl Alcohol. At first, it did nothing. I cleaned the end and it was still quiet. I went back and did it again and really cleaned it, kinda pushed very slightly on the screen and made a VERY small puddle of alcohol on the ear screen, let it sit for a few seconds, then I blew very hard on the little screen with my mouth. Tried to direct the air right into the earbud screen and it fixed all of them. I had two sets where the left side was quiet and one set that had both quiet. This fixed all 3 sets (total of 4 buds). Hope this helps! If not, try it again, it may need to work into the screen a little before you blow on it. Canned air may work as well. Enjoy!
PS-Just did this some airpod Pros that had static on the one ear and it fixed as well.
