Wyze Buds Electric Green won't connect to app, but sync via bluetooth

I am unable to connect my green Wyze Buds to my phone, but have no issues with my wife’s black Wyze Buds. I am repeatedly prompted with the “Make sure you’re connected to the internet” message, and nothing I do helps.

Edit: solution was to just repeatedly factory reset until it worked. Took 4 tries.

Sorry to hear of your issue. Take a look at the below from a few months back. The steps assisted some members.

I tried these steps before, and did not have any success. I got it fixed, had to factory reset it 4 times until it started working.
