Wyze Bud Pro both pairs I have will not connect anymore to my laptop

I have two pairs of these earbuds, and neither one will no longer connect to my HP Envy laptop. They connect to my Galaxy S23 Ultra Android phone just fine. They just quit connecting to my laptop. One pair, the one I bought for my (adult) daughter, started having static and low sound on the right bud, so she stopped using it (it was just a few days past the warranty, of course, so I didn’t request a replacement). The other pair is working great, IF I can get it to connect to my laptop. I get a message saying it’s connected, but it isn’t. So I tried the old pair, same thing. I have deleted them both and cleared my cookies several times, but nothing works. I connected the good pair to my Android phone and checked the app to see if there was an update or something I had missed, but I don’t see an option for that. It won’t even allow me to look at the version of it, it tells me to connect, which I AM connected, argh. Have they stopped supporting them? I have searched high and low for this issue and cannot find anything about it. I had to give up and buy an inexpensive pair, which are fantastic, actually, and I have not had one bit of trouble connecting to my laptop. My apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere.
