Wyze Bridge update

Been trying to update my bridge all day and keep getting Update failed. Is their a trick?

Have you tried power cycling the camera that the bridge is plugged into?

You could also try moving the bridge to a different camera.

Here is some reading material from folks that have the same issue as this. I’d also recommend contacting support and see if they can help, up to replacement.

It finally updated. I had to unplug the camera several times. Thank you!!

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.
