Wyze Band reset?

Hi all. What troubleshooting steps do you recommend for a non responsive Wyze Band? The device is 100% charged but not responsive, the home button light is on but the face doesn’t respond to input. Any way to reset it or reboot?

Go to the Wyze app and see if the Band will reboot from there. If this doesn’t help post back. Thanks!

  1. Open the Wyze app and tap Wyze Band .
  2. Scroll down to the Settings screen. Tap Reboot Device.

Thanks for the suggestion. The device battery fully drained and it was responsive again once I charged it. I will try you’re suggestion if it happens again.
