Wyze Band Reboot Loop

I have a Wyze Band that is stuck in a reboot loop. It starts up, shows the Wyze Band logo, then goes dark, and shows the Wyze Band logo again. It never gets any further than that.

I have let the battery die completely, recharged. No change.

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.

Also, what app version and band firmware were you using?

I got in touch with Wyze support this morning, and they are going to have to replace the Band.

I haven’t seen this issue before, but it seems like the band is probably bricked.

Just for prosperity, and if anyone else has the issue, here is what the Band is doing. I had to upload a video so Wyze support could see what was going on.

I had the same issue. I call the customer care and got a replacement of the new band.
