Wyze band google messages notifications

I just got my early access wyze band, so far enjoying it!
I have noticed that when I access the notifications on the Band itself, to view text messages, it shows the same message 2-3 times. I use Google messages and have only that app for sms/text turned on for notifications.
Anyone else having this issues?

Mine is doing that for all of my notifications! I am also using google messages and receiving 2-3 as well.

Thank you for reporting this @dmcauliffe86 and @talon614. I too have noticed this issue. Which versions of the app are you running, and on which OS? I would recommend submitting logs through the app the next time you see this happening.

Keep in mind that this forum is primarily a user to user community. You can submit a support request from within the Wyze app by going to Account > Help & Feedback > Submit a Log. This method will allow you to send an app log for diagnosis as well as report your issue. (Note that if you are using a beta version of the app, the log will be sent to the dev team rather than Wyze Support and will not generate a support request.)

I have the same issue with the galaxy s10+.

I’m on an iPhone 7Plus, iOS 13.4.1 & it repeats all notifications multiple times. As well as Alexa being signed in, and absolutely refusing to “understand” anything I say to it. I’m thinking the microphones are fubar. I understand this is an inexpensive band, but imo it should work better than flea market knockoff android bands. Which at this point, it doesn’t. Oh, and the “raise to wake” feature doesn’t work unless I shake my wrist so hard the watch rattles. Rushing out unfinished products (or factory hardware QC is poor, idk) with clearly buggy firmware isn’t a great business model guys, especially in a market where there’s lots of other options.
