I had a confirmed pre-order for the band on March 24, now the site says I’ve made no orders and I’ve gotten some very confusing info from the payment type I used…can someone please tell me what’s going on?

I ordered the band the day it went on sale and it shows in my order history. A few days later, I ordered the scale but it never showed up (and still hasn’t) in my purchase history. I did an online chat with Wyze support and was told that I was not signed in when I ordered the scale and that’s why I don’t see it in the history. The good news was that he confirmed my order and there would be no issues.

Are the pre orders still getting two bands as the website states?

Yes if you order during the EA (early access/pre-order) you will receive both straps, they will both be black, one single pin and one traditional watch style

Awesome news. Congrats on getting the the choice award for the scale!
For the watch band I would generally go for black, but I could see myself switching it out on occasion for any neutral colour (grey, white, tan, [maybe even that blue?]).

Just got email notice my scale is shipping.
On the other hand it has been 2 weeks since I ordered another sense kit and IR sensor, those havent budged.
No update notice on watches.
They broke out my single order into 3 orders (3 separate shipping charges), & wait 2 weeks (and more) on the stock items?
Come on Wyze, that is terrible resource & logistics management.
I should have had the Sense items a week ago, at a minumum a “due to the virus we are delayed shipping” email.
Honestly disappointed.

Super stoked! Got one for my wife and I as well as the scale. We just recently installed the lock, have cams, bulbs, ect. Wyze has been good to us. Keep it coming Wyze!

I felt the same way. I was hoping they had an internship available for this Summer. They had a few but not in my field! Maybe for a job when I’m graduated!

My girlfriend wanted blue as well! Hopefully that’ll be one of the colors chosen. She likes both blues so either will do.

Has anyone received shipping notification for Wyze band?
No shipping email yet (not complaining). But I am curios…
When I placed the order, I got 2 order confirmation emails, I assume one for two bands and one for the scale. I don’t see anything at all in my order status, though. It says I have no orders…
Is this normal with EA orders, or is something wrong?

I’m seeing the same for my account VS orders.
On the Wyze app when I go to Account->Order History I can see my Wyze band order number and it says early_access_band
No notification on the band yet. Hopefully today

Huh. Just noticed but I think I like the sleeve compared to the ones without it
I did get an order number but when I check account it says I have no orders they did take money out so I figure I’m ok guess we’ll see

I haven’t received a shipping notification yet, but I’m expecting to be somewhat last in the queue because I ordered a Wyze Band on March 29, 2020.
