when are the wyze bands shipping?..I ordered on april 8 and still nothing…order says “packing”…this is a birthday gift and should already be here…stop the BAD customer service and tell us the truth when these will ship…or better yet just cancel my order please…sent multiple tickets and requests and not even a response…stop the BAD customer service… cancel my order please

This exact thing happened to me. I submitted a ticket & it was overlooked. Band then shipped & I submitted another ticket.
Now I’m stuck with the unopened band because I don’t want to lose the money I spent on shipping and taxes.
Dude, almost same boat, but the Scale ordered on 3/24. I spent all week trying to get someone from the Orders team to follow up with me to cancel the order-both via chat and phone calls. Finally, 6 days after requesting the cancellation I got an email that they were refunding me and trying to cancel the order, but they couldn’t guarantee the cancellation because it was in processing. It had been in processing for 2.5 weeks at that point.
The fact that Wyze hasn’t empowered their Tier 1 Support team with the ability to look up and cancel orders, and instead have to rely on a smaller Tier 2 team is dumbfounding to me.
