Wyze Band Alexa issues

I have had this issue since I first received my Wyze band and spent most of that day trying to get connected. I was planning to send my Wyze band back due to the fact that it will not connect to Amazon Alexa.

In the Wyze app, when I hit the blue button that says “Sign in with Amazon” nothing happens. Ever.

Am i the only person who has this problem? I’m on the verge of sending this back butwould like it to work and thought I’d give it another try.

Any help out there?

Make sure you have the Firmware Update If so, does your phone support Bluetooth ver 5.0? That may have something to do with it.

It has and bluetooth is not 5.0. My phone is a few years old so it’s probably 4.2 at most.
