The new app update I now have to scroll to next event from top to bottom, instead of side to side. Now, the app bombs out after reviewing 10-15 events and kicks me out to the beginning to live feed and have to start over again. Please FIX. Clark

If you are talking about the event tab then it is still up and Down.

If you are talking about the bottom of a Live Stream, it depends on the camera you are looking at. I would normally show about 10 or a bit more.

BINGO! This is exactly what I described in my most recent post. If wyze takes months to fix this like they usually do, I’ll have to go back to 2.50.9.512
Who was complaining about the the way the pages were set up?? I think the software engineers are just trying to keep themselves employed by doing busy work

Yes, the event tab. This is on the V3 cameras. The event view crashes and go back to live feed tab after 15-20 views.
If you want to go back, you can go to APKmirror and download the Wyze Version you want. then side load the apk by tapping on it.
Which version of the app do you currently have?
Note: APKMirror is not Wyze owned but contains a repository of a lot of apps and the associated installs. Be careful as you can never be sure what gets downloaded. I have used it before without issue, but I try not to use things like this too many times.

3.2.0 (580) is the latest version. That’s what I’m on. I hate to say it but I’m glad it’s not only happening to me because now maybe wyze will fix this pos.

You have to make sure you turn off the auto-update or else your regression to the old app will be updated to the new app again.
It’s been weeks since I’ve been in the forums and I see people still complaining about the new App.
It’s horrible and WYZE is Deaf and Blind as to their customers concerns.
An Update from me. I replaced over 35 WYZE cameras and over 35 Wyze Plugs.
I have 2 Wyze Camera s left. All plugs are replaced and offline.
I also replaced all Temperature and water sensors.
The new App is now somewhat usable now that I have less than 8 devices.
I went with Reoilink combined with their home hub for outside cameras. Tapo for inside.
2 boxes of WYZE stuff will be put in the Garage sale.
I suspect that their focus (on things that will keep them afloat and progre$$ing at the expense of others (and attendant customers) that won’t) is existential.
It’s a hard time to be disrupting with a world in full disruption mode.
Not bad, considering the inevitable reaction of folks to the shock of the new.
I kinda want to go to this garage sale….

Totally agreed. I think I have said before (maybe not) I have a love hate relationship with Wyze. I hate the way it operates but I love their cameras. I haven’t had any issues with the cameras. I strongly believe that 99% of issues are user based. The way the company operates is up for debate.
