I had an update 3 days ago. Everything was working fine. However, today i stopped receiving push notifications and my advanced settings don’t save when i change them. I tried everything: restart the device, sync device and app, clear cache in the app, force stop and restart it, reinstall the app, restart the phone, switch between data and wifi connection on my phone. The advanced settings section on the app just defaults to everything off no matter what i choose there. It’s frustrating. What do i do?

this is same for me, pls. check your sd card…it should be recording anyway, but slider defect is after update i guess
Yes, i can still see the recordings on SD just cannot adjust settings, though they seem to be doing what i want them to, just don’t stick in the shower position i put them in.
Having the exact same issue. Bought V4 and cannot get the rotate function to work. Pic upside down. My North cam (v3) was working just fine. I thought I would test the rotation function on it. Yes, it turned the pic upside down but now it will not go back no matter whst I do. I’ve down everything mentioned to no avail. Plesse Help!
Have you tried updating your app? Today’s release may have fixed that.
