Wyze app not working past December 30

I have the Video -Doorbell Pro Using Wyze app firmware 1.0.73
I did all the suggestion by the AI support - uninstalled app > re-installed app.
checked for up-to-date firmware. Nothing worked…
on the app when I go to Events nothing shows from December 30. I can’t even scroll past that date.
Any ideas please??s

If your Events list is empty, then I wonder how you have your recording preferences set. I don’t own a Video Doorbell Pro, but I would expect (based on my experience with other Wyze cameras) for you to be able to set options at  Settings ➜ Event Recording (and even going into Customize Recordings if the camera is attached to a subscription) and/or  Settings ➜ Notifications ➜ Manage. I think I’ve read about some users having their recording/notification preferences reset when they uninstall/reinstall the app.

You didn’t mention if you’re receiving notifications for events but just not seeing them in the timeline on the Events tab. You also didn’t mention what, if any, filters you have set on the Events tab.

I don’t know if your issue lies somewhere in there or not, but those would definitely be places I’d double-check and maybe share screenshots here if you’re comfortable. Appropriate visuals might help others to assist.

I subscribe to Cam Plus. I am receiving notification for all motion events but they don’t appear on the Event timeline past Dec 30. I’ve checked filters and have set for Doorbell ring and All Motion. The Object detections is set for Person, Pet, Vehicle, package and sounds.

The problem is in the Events Tab it ends at Dec 30. (where you can scroll through the past to current day. It just plain ends there.

Are referring to cloud events? They only go back 14 days. Do you mean going forward?

How did you manage that? When I scroll through events, I sometimes see things tagged “Doorbell”, but I’ve never seen that as an option in the Filters checklist, so I’m confused about what you mean. :confused:

Maybe that filter option actually does appear for Video Doorbell Pro? I don’t see it for Video Doorbell v2 on a Cam Unlimited subscription. :man_shrugging:

How do you know it was December 30th? Could it have been January 30th which could explain why you can’t scroll past the date because yesterday that day it was current.

The events list in the event tab? Or the timeline which shows your SD card footage? If you’re referring to SD card footage, maybe your SD card has gone bad?
