Wyze App 3.x still locks me out of my phone

It has been almost a year and nobody has fixed this bug. When I open the Wyze app (most recently v3.6.0 (676)) in my Motorola phone and the app is not already open in the background then the wyze app takes away the navigation buttons and puts it in sort of an exclusive mode. I have to go to Account > About and for some unknown reason that restores the buttons. @browndwz figured out a cool trick where I can swipe down before the Wyze app opens and that keeps the navigation buttons. I don’t always remember to do that though.

Yeah, that bug is still there using my moto G phone. I have also found that to regain use of the phones navigation buttons one can also view a video from the Events list. Doing so the navigation buttons return.
It’s frustrating that something so simple to fix still remains.

Have you tried an older version of the Wyze App? Here is where you can grab APK files for Android.

Also, I am tagging @WyzeJasonJ . Jason has passed along log files to the App team in the past on this forum.
