If you are having connection problems with the connection taking a long time, check the post I made a few weeks ago.
I don’t know what the real cause of this problem was & cannot reproduce it again.
I was only able to recognise the problem because my router has a live traffic monitor where I could see the Wyze cameras were steaming to AWS even when they were “off” in the app/settings.
Power cycling the cameras didn’t fix the problem so I assume it was cause by a cloud problem.
After setting the monitoring to “Disarm” where I have no notifications at all, the issue resolved itself & now the home and away features work as expected.
