Wyze and Alexa Account Names

I’m having a problem getting Alexa to find the Wyze Cam(v2) or the Wyze Cam Pan.

I can view the cameras on the Wyze app, but when I try to discover additional devices, it finds nothing new to connect.

My account email for Alexa and Wyze are not the same. One is Hotmail and the other is gmail. Could this be the reason they can’t connect to each other?

This may sound silly, but did you remember to get the Wyze skill in your Alexa app?
