“For the purposes of this topic, it’s been my experience that saving cookies is a necessary allowance if I don’t want to repeatedly authenticate to my Wyze account, even if all I’m doing is spewing my ridiculous opinions on the Forum. I can accept those .[1] ”
I do not allow cookies on most sites I randomly browse, but on sites I use frequently like Wyze I do allow them so as not to disable the functions of the site I need. I have set an exception for Wyze in cookies and have the site set as trusted to disable enhanced tracking protection.
It would be pretty silly to disable functional cookies then be surprised the site does not function properly
FWIW I am auto logged in when I visit the forum or the main website, it is just the Web View feature that give me problems.
