Wrong account

It appears that I have more than one account. I purchased cam plus on the wrong account. I want to change it to the account I am using on my phone. Support said just log in with a different account. How do I do that?
Maybe I should just cancel my cam plus order and re-purchase it on the correct account?

You either have to movie your cameras to the account you bought Cam Plus with or get a refund and buy it again with the other account.
To move your cameras you would log out of your current sccount in the Wyze app then log in with the other account. You would then have to add all of your Wyze devices to thr app again uder the new account.
