Cams setup on one account, subscribed to cam+ on another

okay, so major goof.

i’ve setup my wco and pancam on one account/email, but then subscribed to cam+ on a different email. any suggestions on how to correct?

Sure. Register the cameras to the right account.

Are you subscribed month to month or annually?
If it’s monthly, cancel it and sign up under the correct account. You’ll lose a month.
If it’s annual try calling support to move the subscription.

I’d suggest that you contact Wyze Customer Support as @angus.black mentioned.
They should be able to move the subscriptions over or refund you so you can purchase them with the correct account.

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.

A factory reset will work too, but may not be best if you have multiple products setup with an account.
