Woke up to multiple error 43 and bricked cams

Today I woke up to multiple bricked cams. Error 43. They will not manually recycle. They will not open full screen to access menus. Rebooted routers and manually disconnected and reconnected. Multiple bricked cams from yesterday to today.

I have the same issue. Don’t be like me and try to reinstall the app because you won’t be able to add the device again.

*Update - I was using the beta version of the app and reverted back to the regular version and everything works perfectly now.

I was having the same issue, once reverted to production app all is fine. I’m guessing some of the servers that beta version is talking to are having tantrums.

On Android how do I remove the beta? It’s off my Apple products. New to Android.

How do you do that on Android? When I reload it defaults to the beta. The betas are off my Apple products now and I know where Testflight is there. New to Android.

Sorry, I don’t use Android, so no help from me.

Not sure if you figured it out already, but in the google play store go to Wyze. Scroll down a little and there should be a section for beta settings (it’s the section following App Support) and leave the program. You should be able to install the regular app after about 5-10 minutes.

Same issue for me today. Any ideas how to fix? I’m not on Beta I’m on production.

If you got the 3.1.0 update, try uninstalling and reinstalling. It didn’t cause video issues for me (that I noticed but I didn’t look much) but notifications stopped working. After reinstall they were back to normal.

NOTE - do not uninstall the app if you are still on the 2.X version. That likely means your device is not compatible with 3.x and you can no longer do a new install of 2.X!!

Thanks! I was getting the error 43 on some of my cameras, and the uninstall/reinstall fixed it for me. (not on the beta app)
