I’ve never used smart bulbs for the reasons listed here plus a few others. I highly recommend the Lutron Caseta line which has been updated recently with the Diva series. Yes, they are on the high end of the price scale but they have been rock solid with Home Assistant and are great just on their own with the hub. I’ve had nothing but issues with the original Wyze sensors and now with Aqara sensors and a Zigbee dongle I got to replace Wyze. Wi-Fi devices have been hit or miss as well. I believ…
