This morning I had a small power bump, camera reset as normal “panning” and then it stopped working, I noticed that the base where it plugs in it was spinning without feeling the limit, opened the camera and noticed the wiring from the USB ripped, not sure if the actual motor has the gear that limits the turn inside, was able to resolder the connectors but I don’t expect it to last longer because I still can feel the limit turn and I know it will snap again soon

I am sorry this has happened to you, I have seen this issue pop up before but not in some time. Even though you have repaired it I would contact support on this issue.
