Wife can’t “View Playback”

I can see “View Playback” on my phone for our cameras, but she can’t. We’re both on iPhones and both running current iOS.

If you “shared” your cam to your wife, she doesn’t have access to playback the microSD card footage:

How about giving your wife your user name and password? I let my wife log into the Wyze App with my credentials. I ask her to Not update camera firmware or change settings.

I do the same, haven’t had any issues.

As others have mentioned, guests do not have access to the SD card. If you don’t want to share a login, your only other option is to subscribe to Cam plus so that she can view the cloud recordings.
