Over the past 5 months, all of my cameras on Cam Plus have been recording for only 12 seconds and not recognizing any of the specifics I select. Your customer support does NOT provide any assistance aside from advising me to do the same thing… restart, reset, update and re-download. I’ve done this at least twice a week. I’ve been paying for a service that is COMPLETELY USELESS. I need this issue to be resolved by either providing a solution that will fix this or refund for the 5 months, 6 including the month I just paid for. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Did you configure your cameras to use the CamPlus licenses in the app?
