Delivery is end of May at that, some ebay purchase that will be. I hope wyze finds that person and makes sure they only get one order. Someone tag that to a moderator or directly to a wyze email, let the detectives snoop on that.
I tried to get 2 in my cart - it said that was over the limit. So, if he got more than one he has good bots.
I’m having the same issues. If it lets me add to cart it should let me finish the purchase but it doesn’t. Even when it’s still showing more available. It’s very annoying. I’ve been trying every hour all day…

I get the same thing takes forever to add to cart takes forever to get to payment then when payment info is put in there site just sits. Then pops up item in cart no longer available
You could only have one in your cart at a time or it borked out. If you do get three you could EASILY sell them and get your money back (or more, if you’re that type of person).
I have been trying to put just 1 in cart every hour. I don’t see how they sell 500 a hour and it only takes 4min
You are lucky, i got an email from amazon saying they are processing my payment and i got nothing from Wyze. Called the 800 number and was told to wait and call back. WTF is that, they take my money and i get jack!!! Terrible launch

Yeah, my payment through Amazon Pay is pending as well, but when I log into my Wyze account I don’t see the car under my orders. So I’m not sure if I should wait it out or try to buy another one? It’s been pending since 9am.

Can’t think of a better way to put the final stick in a customer’s ass! So glade I did not fall for there security system. To bad they don’t read this crap to know how the customer feels! Goodbye wyze
Been Trying since I got the email and always get all the way to “place order” and it just sits there with the little load bar… I really want one but it’s getting extremely frustrating
After 3 or 4 tries on the phone, got lucky using the computer. Fwiw, previously trying to checkout using Amazon Pay failed; I happened to use a card directly for the successful order.
I received a confirmation number as soon as Wyze excepted the order, a confirmation e-mail a short while later and the order shows up in my account. If you didn’t get an order number, your order probably didn’t go thru. Not a fun experience and a real customer service failure for an otherwise great company.

Honestly its taking so long for sellout because the site is not optimized for this.
That may be good or bad.
I work in the toy industry. Have been part of launches of thousands of units that sell out in less than a minute. (With proper load balancing, bot protections, etc.)
Im sure this is an experiment for wyze so next time is better.
I hope theres a second production run of these though. That will solve the problem of not being able to get one, and will also piss off the scalpers.

I finally got one and I must say they lost the “word of mouth advertising” from me. I’ll keep using their stuff but I’m not gonna promote them anymore… unless they make this right by making it a regular item for general purchase. I’m confident it’ll be some kind of collector item worth some money but I’d rather they be fair to everyone and make the better business decision to mass produce this thing. It’s in everyone’s best interest, including their own.
20 seconds for sellout this time around. I almost had one in my cart earlier today but kept getting three dots when adding to cart. Any tips?
Welp, I’ve been trying every hour since 9am, I give up.
I guess they are totally out now as the option to order did not come up at 6pm CST. I will not attempt to participate in another one of these fiasco’s.

I have been trying since early today and have not been able to get one, same issues as mentioned above, although this last time (at 4PM PST), I refreshed my browser exactly at 4:00:19 PM and the 500 were gone, seems strange.
