Where is my Product I ordered over a month ago

I ordered on Jan 27, 2021. It shows the product I ordered was paid for the following day from my bank account. I also have an email from wyzecam.com acknowledging the order. BUT, there is no order on my account page. It is now March 1, 2021. The email also reads I will receive a shipping confirmation email. I have not received anything. Please send my product ASAP or refund my money ASAP.

Why are you posting this on Ask the Community? Since you did, what did you order? What was the original estimated shipping date? What did Support say when you called them?

The whole Wyze forum here is rarely attended by Wyze staff. We are just fellow users of the products.
