Just reinstalled the app and still the same issue. All my 7 cams are on Cam Plus Lite. I also checked the advanced filter screen and the person filter is not available: [Screenshot_2024-09-21-04-10-05-955_com.hualai]

Have you tried going into Settings of each camera - Event Recording - Smart Detections? I am on Cam Plus Lite (but App version 2.50) and see this screen. [IMG_0177]

In the App you can Submit a Log. Then post your Log Number on this forum and Tag “WyzeJasonJ” by putting an at sign before his name.

Haha, great! I still have to log the bug so they can fix it, but that will be something for later today or one of the next days.

I always use APKPure to find older versions of Android apps.
