Where do I toggle Pet/Vehicle/Motion detection?

I always have problems figuring out where to locate this. It used to be easy when this app was brand new. Now everything is so convoluted.

Hi @jayjbarrow.

Are you wanting to just record those events, or get notifications?

For Recording Events
Open your Camera that has Cam Plus
Go to the settings Gear on the top right of the Camera Page
Select Event Recording
Select Cam Plus AI Detection
Turn on the Options you want recorded

Notifications of those events
Go Back to Settings
Select Notifications
Make sure Notifications are On
And Turn on Wyze AI Events

“Cam Plus AI Detection” is now “Smart Detection”

On the Beta Build? I have 2.28 on an iOS device still showing as “Cam Plus AI Detection”? And the Beta shows “Smart Detection”.

You just uncovered a bug! :heart: I was looking at this under latest Android, but see the same as you do under the latest iOS. :+1:

It’s definitely a bug, go one step further… click on Cam Plus AI Detection and note the screen title on resulting page.

Ha… yep missed that, was focused on the toggles.

So Sorry @jayjbarrow it seems like we made this more confusing.

So… for now

For Recording Events
Open your Camera that has Cam Plus

Select Cam Plus AI Detection (if on Android) or Smart Detection (if on iOS)
Turn on the Options you want recorded

Go Back to Settings
