I ordered them on May 22–got a notice that they allegedly were ready to ship (USPS) number. Then…nothing. I called and later and re-ordered. Also nothing.
What’s going on, Wyze? I don’t want to sound negative but you might check on pilfering and theft at your warehouse. N95 masks are in high demand and hard to find.
They’ve had tons of shipping issues with the masks. There are several threads here about it. The usual recourse is to provide your support ticket or order number and try to flag @UserCustomerGwen for help.
I ordered directly from Wyze’s original provider and received several shipments without issue.
