But not part of the hardware.
Was it supposed to be a hardware review or a WYZE review?
I missed the corporate meeting…getting the hardware was the problem.
I’m not sure what that is supposed to mean.
I don’t necessarily disagree with your review of WYZE, although I haven’t seen it, I genuinly wanted to know if they were asking for a hardware review or a general review of the transaction.
Here’s what the email read:
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you’ll write about your Outdoor Starter Bundle while it’s still fresh on your mind. Click the stars to get started:
I gave one star and explained why in the summary box.
I received a reply email that my review was moderated and not accepted.
They wanted a review of the product specifically, not the service. That’s why it was rejected.
Thanks for the baseless speculation
That looks like hardware not the experience.
Anyway, without reading your review, I doubt we’ll ever really know for sure.
I’ll disagree. If they are curating verified customer reviews on any basis except profanity / offense, then they are being disingenuous lying sacks. Either be honest or don’t bother listing your customer “reviews”.
Of course it’s only in the last couple of decades that we could even begin to trust published customer reviews / testimonials. Regression to the mean I guess.
Wasn’t a baseless speculation. They specifically asked for a review of the Outdoor Starter Bundle. Not a review of the service. You said yourself you reviewed the service and overall experience with Wyze as a whole and not just to the product of which they asked for a review.
