I have a new 128GB sd card, what format should I use?

Welcome Geeseman. For Wyze Cam Outdoor (cam and base), FAT32 which is MS-DOS (FAT) under iOS. For all other cams, exFAT or FAT32.

I thought the max capacity for any Wyze device is 32 GB.

For whatever it’s worth, having used close to 40 uSD cards in various Wyze cameras - with almost all of them being 64GB (and I did test a 128GB), I have NEVER needed to format a card before using it in any Wyze camera. Pull brand new card out of package and put into camera. Done.
