When I click on the camera it’s online and it’s live and it’s recording so what does this mean and what do the colored dots mean?
It doesn’t have the offline cloud, it says they’re on unless I go to the monitor pagw
My husband is about to go on a work trip and I want to be notified if the cameras outside pick up motion
As I recall:
Green = On Duty Device / armed successfully
Grey = Device not connecting right for some reason / Offline
Red = Attention needed / issue
Your cameras apparently were having a connection issue. Make sure they have latest firmware. Then try rebooting them, and then try again and see if they’re still grey.
