I cannot get my Web Can V3 to pan when motion is detected. It just sits in one position. I can manually move it through the app but it will no automatically pan. I’m using a USB extension cable that I bought from you guys.
What are your settings on the Live Stream Page? Beneath the Stream there are a number of options to select. You can scroll this menu left or right by swiping that area.
There will be something call motion tracking, this should have a Green Highlight to it for Motion Tracking.
Note: You should have a Home Waypoint so that when motion ends, the camera knows where to go back to.

Thank you for the useful information. I activated the motion tracking, and it started moving! I notice I also have another option called, “Pan Scan” should I activate that one as well?

Pan scan will cycle through the Waypoints on a regular schedule. So if you have multiple waypoints and you want the Cam to cycle through them, then you would do that.
I normally set mine up to a given location and then had Motion Tracking on only.
