comfirmed. checked at 5:15 EST and clicked on an event and it played. checked the app on android and the are playing. seems good as of right now

It seems to be working on Chrome now, at least on my MacBook Pro laptop. I did update the firmware on all my local cameras, but my sister didn’t update hers. I can view events for both networks now where I couldn’t view any of them on the web before.
It’s working for me now.

I wish I could say. It did not work this afternoon. I tried to log in just now and am stuck in an endless loop of logging in and it returning me to the splash page. It briefly flashes the “log in successful” message, but returns to the home page for web view. Same goes for everyone in my household…
Gosh… Yep, I’m experiencing it too now. Endless login loop. I think it’s a new issue. Maybe someone make a new ticket.

I’m in the portal now via chrome and edge as of 5:53 pacific time. Seems like it worked while I was on hold with wyze.
