My Wyze lock is not connecting to the wifi. It has worked flawlessly for over a year. I have been through the trouble shooting guide and have got to the last suggestion. It wants me to uninstall the app and reinstall. Will all my settings come back when I reinstall, or will I have to reprogram everything??? The keypad and lock still work, but the app shows it off line.
Batteries?

I have the same problem. Wyze support today told me today that the lock needs replacement. Out of warranty so full price.
I just ordered Kwikset fingerprint enabled lock for only $20 more than Wyze.
