Water in my outdoor motion glob

My camera quit recording and in investigating fount that the sensor globe is full of water

How do I get the water out?

What camera?

The camera is a v3. It is working fine, but the sensor can not trigger the record mode with the globe full of water. So, the question is, how to get the water out of the globe.

That answer does not make any sense. There is no separate sensor on a V3 camera. Motion is detected by changes in image pixels. And what do you mean by “the globe”? Can you post a picture of what you are talking about?

I wonder if the OP means, if the Flood Light sensor was working the lights coming on would trigger pixel change the v3 can detect and trigger v3 recording.

Here is an example of my neighbor’s flood light coming on triggering my v3 to record.

I have that floodlight V1. I have no idea how to remove the water, but even if you’re able to, would the actual sensor still work?

Incidentally, that’s the only Wyze camera I have that’s exposed to rain and when I installed it, I covered the speaker holes with waterproofed tape, to prevent water from getting in. It probably made the speaker useless, but I only need it to record people entering a gate.
