Hi, the 1/26 update from Jimmy says 100% of the Watch 47c preorders have been shipped, but over a month later mine still says “pick/pack”, no tracking or anything else listed. Not sure if “shipped” just means “ready to ship”, or if it actually means “out the door”. Is anyone else in the same boat? I’d like to contact Wyze directly about it but the support chat bot is zero help - and I really don’t need to be told how to check my Order Status again.

Thanks, I normally try to go the ticket route but sometimes a call is just better. To my surprise there was almost no wait time, but somehow the preorders were “out of stock” so I just cancelled it and will try again another day.
