I just did, but it took some tinkering. I had everything correct in my OBS Media Source setup, and I could confirm that the stream was working in VLC on the same PC. OBS wasn’t showing me any kind of error, but my third-party firewall software popped a notification, so I went into the configuration for that to open ports and add an application rule. As soon as I added the application “allow” rule, my Cam Pan v3 stream began appearing in OBS. I then deleted the open port rules that I’d created (apparently those were unnecessary), and the stream continued to work, even after closing and re-launching OBS.
If you’re using a firewall but haven’t allowed OBS access through that, then maybe consider looking there.
