My initial thoughts:
- What’s the exact URL you’re using to attempt streaming to VLC? (Feel free to selectively obfuscate the username and password you set for the Cam.)
- Is it possible that you have a firewall on the PC that’s interfering? I’m asking because of my experience streaming Cam Pan v3 via RTSP to OBS.
