I have a cam plus subscription for 5 cameras. 4 of the cameras give me the option to “view playback” except 1. The one that doesn’t give me the playback option still sends me notifications with detection.
The camera that doesn’t have the “view playback” option is a Wyze Cam v3 pro. The other 4 cameras are Wyze Cam v3.
Assuming you are talking about the main camera view (not the events tab) , the V3 Pro uses the new User Interface. “View Playback” was changed to the “SD Card” icon right below the image.
Is there a µSD card installed. If no, insert one. If yes, sounds like the camera is not recognizing the card. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Manage SD Card. Does it show that there is a card installed?
On my other cameras I can go to “view playback” to watch the recordings on the camera. Please see attached pics. I pay for cam plus subscription to get this.
You absolutely, positively have µSD cards installed in the four V3 cameras. CamPlus DOES NOT EVER give you continuous recording. Also, CamPlus is accessed from the Events tab - NOT the camera main page that you screen captured.
Go to Settings > Advanced Settings. You should see something like this:
The portion I marked in red shows that there is a card there and that it is set for continuous recording. If you select “Manage MicroSD Card” you will get something like this:
The portion I highlighted in blue shows that I have a 64 GB card (the 59.45G is the usable amount), and the 57.35 shows how full the card currently is. The green bar shows percentage of full. That will almost always show almost full - perfectly normal and no action needed on your part to make space.
