The camera was moved to a new WiFi network, resettled and added to the same account under different name . How to access the old video clips, between the 14 days, before the changes? Thanks

OK. There is conflicting info out there but supposedly they fixed this issue at some point. It may be app version dependent.
The files that are less than 14 days old shouldn’t have disappeared. They would be under the old camera name.
Since time is ticking away perhaps you could also call support.

The old camera name is not there.

Nothing, only those clips after the reinstallation.

If you don’t see them I suspect you’re out of luck.
Have you tried renaming the camera back to the old name?
Unfortunately, none of the support suggestions resulted with positive outcome.
