I just installed my Wyze Video Doorbell Pro this morning. Every time I try to view the video stream (and on captured event videos), the video strobes and has a problem with exposure. Any ideas for how to solve this?
I would contact support. It may be a defect.
I would do what @towelkingdom suggested. In addition, try cycling through the IR Modes: Auto, Off, On. Wait in each step for about 5 seconds. Something simple to try.
The stobing on that video is NUTS. Contact support, I hope they can fix that in firmware. If not, you may have a defective unit.

Thanks all. I started a support ticket and they’re looking at the log submissions I sent in.
Cycling IR on/off and some firm tapping don’t help.
