Video doorbell pro error exceeded the max num of connections

Recently i m not able to view my live stream from my Video doorbell pro due to the following error,
“Exceeded the maximum number of connections. Please try again later”

Anyone else facing such issues, the error is reported when a 3rd concurrent connection is trying to view the VDPro

Basically i have it linked with Alexa that is 1, shared it with my wife that s 2 unfortunately recently it s no longer allowing a 3rd connection

Wyze support well not gonna say anything becs they are everything but support.

Hope to find the resolution to my problem here,

Btw i have 3 other wyze cam V3 which are currently allowing live view for over 3 connections.,

Are you using any unofficial API such as home assistant or a different wrapper for the Wyze API? Or just Alexa and the Wyze app?

So the answer i got is :

I understand that you’re getting an “exceeded maximum number of connections” error. I appreciate the screenshot you sent for our reference. I was able to confirm from our Product Manager that only 2 devices may check live streaming at the same time including Alexa or google home.

Get ready for a new charge for us to view our devices live stream.
