My camera is pointed only at a giant cage of cats and it constantly says vehicle reported, never has been a vehicle in the view.
Can you provide a screenshot of your camera view?
Do you know if Scrypted ever got things working for the Battery Cam Pro, Floodlight Pro, VDBPro or OG cams yet?
I’ve been meaning to get around to installing it but haven’t made it a priority since it didn’t originally support some of the main cams I use when it first launched, but I read that they were working on making it work with the rest of them. I see that there is a new opensource project called “Cryze” which was made to helps support the Wyze cams that use the Iotvideo SDK from Tencent Cloud instead of the TUTK protocol, and I assumed that Scrypted would integrate that, but I haven’t heard any confirmation from anyone yet. Do you happen to know? Maybe I’ll go ask on their Discord server.
Camera plugins, at this point, are largely from the Community side, I’m sure someone will put together a plugin for that at some point. Outside of that, Scrypted is just one guy, who is really just focused on NVR / Object Detection side of things, cause, gotta may the mortgage, and that’s what he gets paid to do. But in terms of Wyze support , it’s basically pulling the same code as docker-wyze-bridge,so it supports whatever that supports.
My camera’s are detecting vehicles as person. I have my smart detection to only record and notify for Person
