I cleaned my brush for the first time and now it makes a horrible noise when cleaning. Look like I have lost the “main bearing” that goes on one side of the brush. Does anyone know what it looks like or if I can buy a replacement?

How are you sure it’s the main bearing? do you have the extra brush that was included or is that one already used up?
If possible could you take a picture and/or video of this?
I have seen posts that the parts from Xiaomi vacuums may work, but I’d recommend contacting Wyze Customer Support about this issue!
