Ordered vacuum on 11/10. Received shipping info email 12/20. As of today, still no movement.
What is the deal?
Same here. Somewhere there’s a generic shipping update I saw last week (I can’t find it now) that says vacuums ordered in that time frame will ship “in January”
Lot of folks seem to be having same issue.
I mentioned it in another thread, but my guess is they ran more labels than they could fulfill with product and now they’re waiting for more.
Same here ordered 11/10 got shipping notice 12/20 supposed delivery 12/24 now pending. Bothers me when account says shipped when it’s not, makes it easy for warehouse to ignore and fill other orders.

Yah I had the delivery notification by 12/24 as well. Then that changed and it’s just been saying " Estimated delivery date: Pending"
We were also told some guy was supposed to be updating us on shipping every week. haven’t seen anything from him for a long time.
Between this and my last crappy experience with “tech support” over my non functioning V3 camera I’m really getting bummed about wyze over all. Seems they over extended themselves and just can’t support their products.

According to here all 11/20 orders have shipped. Well mine hasn’t and I ordered on 11/20.
And here on this weeks update it says shipments have paused.

Beginning to wonder myself
Got a fedex shipping notification late last night. Says something is coming from SoCal. Weighs 12 pounds. Doesn’t say who it’s from. But it says it’s arriving THREE DAYS AGO?!?!?!?
After looking at my orders on the Wyze page I clicked on the “track your order” for my vacuum order. Takes to fedex page and says in the upper left.
I click on the tracking number -

I go to fedex and track the number.

WTH?
Which is it???
Then I checked the email I got, it’s a different tracking number!

What on earth is going on??? What a mess this has been.
Same exact thing here, am assuming it will be here tomorrow 1/20/21

We did some research and found a small number of orders placed on November 10th that didn’t complete their journey to their first stop after a tracking number was sent to you. We’re gonna need to be reship new devices for these orders, so we’ve stuck them at the top of our list.
We plan to automatically process the replacements for these orders as soon as the firmware issue above is fixed, and no action will be required on your part . We’re really sorry about the lost packages, and we’ll keep you posted here when we start resending these orders!
plus one here…same exact issue…just got another fedex update today, sked delivery Jan 21…we’ll see.
I’ve got a scheduled delivery for Friday.
here’s a fun one for ya - I ordered my vacuum on 11/10 - one of the first hundred or so orders. Didn’t get mine yet and it hasn’t shipped yet, as it is part of the the shipping screw up. Fine, mistakes happen, whatever. However a friend of mine who ordered his on 11/10 got it weeks ago - good for him… BUT he also ordered a second one in December AND IT SHIPPED TODAY. What is going on over there, Wyze?
I was one of the first 100 orders as well. I got one of those early ‘shipped’ emails but then nothing… nothing… nothing… until it suddenly showed up yesterday. I guess there was some logistical snafu, but in the end they seem to deliver. Not really the most efficient shipment, but in the end it did show up.
