Where is my Wyze Vacuum? It was shipped on 4th Jan

Hi,

I got notification from Wyze saying my wyze robot vac is shipped on jan 4th. The FedEx tracking number was provided. Tracking was showing estimated arrival of Jan 12th.

But now already 2 days passed, if I check tracking, there is nothing on Wyze site as well as FedEx site.

Sent an email to wyze support, but no response yet. This is definitely not expected from wyze.

Anyone else faced this same issue? Hoae can I check the current status for my shipment? FedEx only shows that shipping labe generated on Jan 4th.

Where is my new vacuum? We all are waiting eagerly, so are the dirt and dust on my floors. Pls help.
