Is there anyway to get the vacuum to “reset” it’s location while it’s vacuuming? I had it set to vacuum a room that I have split. While vacuuming, watching the white line, the vacuum thought it was in a different area than it actually was, so it was not vacuuming the right area, if that makes sense. I tried sending it home and starting again, but it did the same thing again.
Try blowing out the lidar unit on top. Debris in there isn’t always visible.
If the entire map seems to be rotating while cleaning, you may need to change how rooms are split up to force it to clean using an alternate path. Moving the dock may also work, but I haven’t tried that lacking any other place to put mine.
I reduced my room splits to the bare minimum and it has been way less troublesome. It now splits in random places on its own because of an apparent size limit.

I had a lot of issues with this for a while.
What solved it for me is I made sure the wall across from the vacuum dock was parallel to the dock, and clear of any furniture or “stuff.”
That helped a lot, and helped my robovac map the house with more straight lines.
